Competitive assessment - Your report will include a competitive assessment contrasting your company's compensation data to the survey findings versus the remaining participant group
Peer group report - Every participant will receive a custom peer group report contrasting your company's pay against a group of peer companies you select - included with your survey fees
New hire compensation - Your report will show separate compensation information for employees hired within the previous 12 months - great for recruiting purposes
Excel-based output - Reports will be made available to you in an Excel-based format for ease of use and analysis purposes
Executive summaries - Reports will include a summary that highlights the most critical findings and trends in your space, tailored for reading by your executives
Post-survey participant meetings - You will be invited to online participant meetings to share key findings from the surveys, discuss ideas for improvements and create a network of participants
True compensation trend report - Going forward, our surveys will include a trend report comparing compensation for the same companies year over year, reporting true trends in compensation
Ease of participation - We can help you complete our surveys by providing you with an option to submit data generically, and we will complete the input templates for you


How to Participate


Please fill out a participant agreement form and fax it back to us.
Once we receive your completed form, we will contact you and provide you with the survey input material needed to complete the survey(s).
